As part of GWIL’s Corporate and Social Responsibilities, GWIL is committed to setting up a Technical Training Institute in Ghana which will provide wide range of Technical & Vocational training in Oil & Gas, Mining, Machine Operations, Equipment Repairs and Maintenance, Supply Chain Managements and Logistics Support Training to the Indigenous Ghanaians.

Oil Field Support Services

GWIL holds a license to provide oil field support services. These services includes; onshore logistics, product distribution and personnel supply services to oil & gas companies in Ghana, West Africa. GWIL’s services also extend to include oil storage facilities, warehousing, equipment and vehicles rentals, specialised trucking services, personnel recruitment services, Lifting & Inspection, Maintenance & Integrity Engineering Services to the Oil & Gas Industry. GWIL is strongly recognised for its efficiency and professionalism in providing speed and excellence in service which is synonymous with the GWIL service culture.


As part of GWIL GROUP, Stalwart Oil Industries Ltd. is aiming at developing and implementing the Processing of Hydrocarbon Raw Materials (Oil & Gas) which will be situated at Bonyere Industrial Enclave, Axim in the western Region of Ghana. GWIL has obtained a license to build and operate a Petroleum and Petrochemical Complex which would consist of a 300,000 BPCB Export Oriented Crude Oil Refinery, 10,000 TPCB PVC Petrochemical Plant, 10,000 TPCB Urea & Ammonia Fertiliser Plant, Natural Gas Liquefaction Plant, 50.000m³ LPG Tank Farm, 9 X 250,000 Ton Tank Firm and 1GW Power Generation Plant. The project which is named Stalwart Western Oil Refinery (SWOR) is set to provide refining capacity to the booming exploration and production industry within the Region


Our midstream operations include providing Marine and Maritime services in the delivery chain of the oil and gas sector. GWIL has developed an innovative procurement and consultancy systems to help global off-takers to acquire Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO) both via OPEC and OFF-OPEC. This is done through an effective collaboration and joint venture partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). We also work with our partners to provide bulk oil storage and refining of crude through systemic and affordable procedures for delivery of crude and the refining of it into finish product for distribution to consumers.


Our company provides upstream services within the offshore and onshore sector with our partner companies JS NEOPLANT, SOIL Inc., SeaCare, and Quest Energy. We work with our partners to secure lucrative oil and gas acreage and undertake the development of the reserves within them.
